تأسست المؤسسة بتاريخ ۱ / ۹ / ١٩٩٩ م تحت سجل تجاري رقم 99010169 صادر من وزارة الصناعة والتجارة وتعتبر عضواً في الغرفة التجارية والصناعية برقم ١٧٨٠٤ كمؤسسة فردية مستقلة يملكها فؤاد محمد صالح الحزورة تهدف إلى تحقيق طفرة كبيره في المجال التجاري والصناعي داخل الجمهورية اليمنية وذلك من خلال الحضور والمشاركة في جميع المعارض الدولية السنوية للمنتجات التجارية والصناعية ومتابعة  ومعرفة الجديد منها والحرص على إدخال كل نشاط تقوم المؤسسة بمزاولته وبما يتناسب مع إمكانيات المجتمع اليمني وبمـا يكفل وصول هذه المنتجات متطورة إلى حد كبير ومواكبتها للتغيرات العالميـة ويمكن جميع فئات المجتمع من الاستفادة منها.وحرصاً من المؤسسة على تقديم أفضل الأعمال المهنية والفنية فقد قامت باستقدام عمالة أجنبية ماهرة ومتخصصة لكل مجال من مجالاتها بالإضافة إلى العمالة المحلية المؤهلة والمدرية عن طريق الخبرات والمهارات الأجنبية وبما يمكن المؤسسة من تقديم الأفضل دوماً وتكون شريكا أساسياً في التنمية.

Our Corporation was established on 01/09/1999 under Commercial Register No. 99010169 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. It is a member of the Yemeni Chamber of Commerce and Industry, holding membership card No. 17804 as an autonomous individual establishment owned by Mr. Found Mohammed Saleh Al-Hazwara. The Corporation aims at achieving a significant leap in the commercial and industrial field in the Republic of Yemen through attendance and participation in all annual international exhibitions of diversified products to keep pace with and get introduced to, anything that is new in the field. The Corporation gives great concem to introduction of new horizons in every field of activities in a manner that a compatible with the capacities of the Yemeni community to ensure delivery of well developed products that cope up with the interna tionat changes and are accessible to all categories of the community.

Being greatly concemed with presenting the best professional and technical works, the Corporation has recruited skilled and specialized manpower in all the fields it engages in Additionally, it has a qualified cadre well-trained by foreign experts to enable it to pres ent the best products and be an effective participant in the development process of the homeland.
